How It Works
ENROLL IN AN ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
We’ll help you become a certified technician while you earn your associate degree in applied science at any of the authorized diesel programs.
RECEIVE PAID TRAINING
Get paid for the hours you work learning how to repair equipment from a technician mentor at our branch locations.
GET TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
We’ll reimburse you 50% of your tuition costs each semester you maintain a 3.0 GPA in addition to books and other applicable fees. Plus, stay on 2 years post-graduation and we’ll cover an additional 30% of your costs.
GET HIRED
Following graduation and successful completion of the internship program, we’ll offer you full-time employment as a heavy equipment service technician.
